About Us

We use creative practices to develop extraordinary leaders.

We focus on helping leaders discover their authentic strengths while building awareness of their potential blindspots. Through our proprietary Power Awareness framework and assessment, we help leaders understand their dominant leadership orientation and develop strategies to leverage their strengths while mitigating their shadows.

With over 25 years of experience coaching executives from startups and non profits to Fortune 500 companies, we've observed a critical truth: the higher leaders rise in organizations, the more distorted their perception becomes. This "power blindness" affects even the most well-intentioned executives, creating a gap between how they see themselves and how others experience their leadership.

Our work provides that essential mirror—helping leaders see what power has made invisible to them. We build customized development plans that create more self-aware, balanced leadership suited to your specific organizational context. By recognizing your full impact on others, you can transform potential limitations into sources of strength.

Whether you're looking to elevate your executive team's effectiveness, develop high-potential talent, or transform your own leadership approach, our evidence-based methods deliver practical insights that drive measurable results. The most powerful leadership begins with the courage to look in the mirror and see yourself clearly.
