About Us

“I deeply value the wisdom and guidance Jamie and Heidi brought to Pixar's culture. We are immeasurably better for it.”

-- Ed Catmull, Author of Creativity, Inc.; Co-Founder, Pixar Animation, former President of Pixar Animation and Walt Disney Animation Studios

In our roles at Pixar as Director of Culture and Learning and Senior Manager of Leadership Development, we worked to cultivate an environment where everyone supports one another so that the whole is far greater than the sum of its parts. We bring a unique blend of expertise - organization development, leadership development, coaching, DEIB training and strategy, creativity and innovation, employment law, and storytelling

Jamie Woolf

Co-founder, CEO

My passion is working with leaders to build healthy, creative cultures that inspire and engage everyone.

I grew up as an only child with a single mom. She was a hard-working, highly skilled school teacher. She wanted to be a journalist but her father wouldn't send her to college to pursue what he saw as an inappropriate career for a woman. She liked being a teacher but like many teachers, she burned out. She came home drained and exhausted. My passion for cultivating great work cultures and helping people fulfill their potential is borne out of this experience.

I've worked extensively with companies across industries to build healthy, creative cultures that inspire and engage everyone. Prior to founding CreativityPartners, I served as the Director of Culture and Learning at Pixar Animation Studios, and have provided my services to clients including Google, Gilead, Dreamworks and the University

of California. I am a certified executive coach, certified in the Hogan Assessment, and hold an MS in Organizational Psychology.

When I'm not working, eating or sleeping, I can be found on a tennis court or hiking trail. I live in the Bay Area with my partner, Dave, and I'm proud of my two grown kids, Anna and Leah.

Heidi Rosenfelder

Co-founder, Head of Executive Coaching

Creating workplaces where everyone gets to thrive has been a driving purpose of my career.  As an employment lawyer I gave voice to employees who felt discriminated against, and I advised leaders on creating more inclusive work environments.  Making a career jump to executive coaching and training allowed me to engage with my clients in a deeper way. I am in a state of flow when I am fully “in service”,

witnessing deep insight and transformation during a coaching session, or helping teams unlock creativity and collaboration.

At Pixar, I led our amazing Leadership Development team, coached Studio leaders, designed and delivered training programs, and spearheaded organization development and change management initiatives. I was instrumental in helping the Studio transition from a fully on-site to a hybrid workplace.

I grew up in Switzerland and have a law degree from the University of Zurich and a J.D. from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. I am a member of the California State Bar.  My coaching certification is from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and I am certified in the Hogan and MBTI assessment tools.

When I'm not working, I can be found traveling, or enjoying the Bay Area, hiking, practicing yoga, or exploring new restaurants with friends. I'm happiest on adventures with my husband David and grown son Lucas.
