Jamie Woolf is a renowned innovation cultivator, speaker, and founder of Creativity Partners. She was the first Director of Culture at Pixar Animation Studios where she was recruited to be a force for “constructive disruption.”
With 30+ years of experience practicing organizational psychology and certifications in executive coaching, Jamie has inspired thousands worldwide to embrace innovation as a catalyst for personal and organizational transformation.
Drawing on her impactful work with organizations like Google, Dreamworks, Gilead, University of California, and Pixar Animation, Jamie brings a contagious passion for empowering others to lead with creativity and innovation.
When not working, eating or sleeping, Jamie can be found on a tennis court or hiking trail. She lives in the Bay Area with her partner, Dave, and she's proud of her two grown kids, Anna and Leah.

Heidi Rosenfelder
Heidi Rosenfelder is a seasoned executive coach, facilitator and consultant with deep experience coaching individuals and teams in a diversity of organizations. Before helping to co-found Creativity Partners, she led Pixar’s Leadership Development team where she coached leaders at all levels, including producers, directors, and film leadership teams. A former employment lawyer, Heidi holds a coaching certificate from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and she is certified in the Hogan and MBTI assessment tools. Heidi’s superpower is deep listening, and she has a proven track record helping her clients to (re)discover their authentic voice, and leverage their strengths so they can have the impact they long to have.

When not working, Heidi can be found traveling, or enjoying the Bay Area, hiking, practicing yoga, or exploring new restaurants with friends. She is happiest on adventures with her husband David and grown son Lucas.

Dr. Christopher Bell is a nationally recognized, award-winning speaker and scholar focused on helping audiences discover the power of storytelling in building healthy relationships, workplace cultures, and organizations. He is the Chief Associate at Creativity Partners and the Executive in Residence in the College of Media, Communication, and Information at the University of Colorado.
For over 20 years, Dr. Bell has been redefining the idea of “diversity training” in organizational practices on college campuses and in companies from AT&T to the United States Air Force Academy to Pixar Animation and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
Chris is a 1.3+ million views TEDx speaker and a David Letterman Award winning media scholar with a passion for using storytelling and play to unlock creative innovation for organizations.

When not working, Chris is an avid tabletop gamer (Warhammer Old World), an amateur chef (with a Masterchef dream), and plays a mean ukulele (or, on special occasions, the banjolele). He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Megan, his high school daughter Liv, and his two spoiled rotten cats.
